A Computer Science graduate, Justin's working background is in the telecoms and ISP industry. As well as working on technical support projects for Virgin Net and Which? Online, Justin has also worked with a number of businesses in providing IT and server support. Continuing his unique experiences in customer management with his already-established IT development skills, Justin provides technical and business direction on all projects Lisol undertakes.

Leyton is the Operations Director at Lisol with a portfolio including HR, Client Services and Product Development and Delivery. An English graduate, he taught for ten years prior to joining Lisol to head our Pathways for Schools project. More recently he has led the Lisol Voyager development.

His main love in life, so his wife and daughter tell him, is golf! He is a member at Pyle and Kenfig Golf Club and is a supporter of the Llanelli Scarlets and Tottenham Hotspur – clearly a man who appreciates the more cultured aspects of human endeavour!
