Our Approach

We believe that the right IT solution applied to a problem can result in great benefits and truly enhance your organisation or business. Many software providers offer off-the-shelf packages, but how do they know exactly what you are looking for? The answer is - guesswork, people sitting in an office and applying different methods, including market research, to guess what your needs are.

This means you are forced to work around the capabilities of the software and not the other way round. You should not have to compromise your needs to suit a piece of software. Rather, the software should be adjusted to meet your needs.

Here at Lisol, we take a rather unusual approach to software development. This approach is based on the following principles.

  • Work to satisfy the customer, not to satisfy a technical specification
  • Requirements will change during process development as it is impossible to foresee everything in the beginning
  • Software that works to the client's satisfaction is the primary measure of progress, not ticking boxes in a document
